I grew up in Bhavnagar, Gujarat and spent 10 years building a career across software development, project management, business development, partnerships, growth and enterprise digital transformation. Every role taught me the same thing from a different angle: the candidates arriving were not ready — and nobody had built the infrastructure to change that.

In 2024, I incorporated Grabity iManageWorks Global Private Limited. Not another course app. The infrastructure layer that was always missing: Assessment → Roadmap → Mentorship → Internship → Placement. End to end. For every student in India.
