Before incorporating, the founder independently built and sold over 300 course units directly to students and delivered live career workshops — at his own cost and risk. What became clear was that students were not short of willingness or ability. They were short of any mechanism to prove what they could do.
The degree got them the interview. After that there was no roadmap, no mentor, and no score that told an employer what they were actually capable of.
iManageWorks was incorporated in July 2024 to build that mechanism. No external capital has been raised at any stage.
