7-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the iManageWorks platform for any reason within 7 days of your enrollment date, we will refund your full ₹1,499 — no questions asked. This is our commitment to you.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all student subscriptions purchased on the iManageWorks platform operated by GRABITY IMANAGEWORKS GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U85500GJ2024PTC153482).

We believe in our platform and stand behind it with a clear, no-hassle refund policy. If our platform does not meet your expectations, you should not have to pay for it.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Please note: Refund requests made after 7 days of enrollment will not be accepted, except in cases of technical failure or duplicate payment (see Section 4 below). We encourage you to raise any concerns early.

3. How to Request a Refund

The refund process is simple and takes under 5 minutes on your end:

Provide your registered email address and the transaction/order reference number from your payment confirmation.

Our team will confirm receipt of your refund request within 1 working day.

The refund amount of ₹1,499 will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, card) within 7 working days of approval.

4. Special Cases

Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same enrollment, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification — regardless of when it is reported.

Technical failure: If you paid but were unable to access the platform due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to either a full refund or a 30-day extension of your subscription, at your choice.

University partner dissolution: If your university's partnership with iManageWorks ends mid-year and the platform becomes inaccessible to you as a result, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused months of your subscription.

Full refund amount: ₹1,499 — the complete subscription fee you paid. Refunds are processed to your original payment method only. We do not issue refunds via a different method or as platform credits unless you specifically request it.

Please note that payment gateway processing fees (if any, typically 1–2%) may be deducted by the payment processor and are outside our control. We refund the full amount we received.

7. GST on Refunds

As per GST regulations in India, the GST component of your subscription (included within the ₹1,499) will also be refunded. A credit note will be issued against your original GST invoice within 3 working days of refund processing.

8. Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current subscription period (unless within the 7-day window). Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable RBI guidelines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
