1. Who these terms bind

This website and the iManageWorks platform are operated by GRABITY IMANAGEWORKS GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, a Private Limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U85500GJ2024PTC153482), with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Plot 753 D, Tilaknagar, Near Mahadev Temple, Bhavnagar 364001, Gujarat, India.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the platform.
• You must give accurate registration information and keep it current.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at growth@imanageworks.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. What we provide

• Platform access — profile, assessments, career roadmap and iScore, free for students, permanently.
• iCourses — optional paid skill courses, sold individually or as an All-Access Pass.
• Employer partnerships — paid access for organisations to discover and shortlist candidates.
• University programmes — institutional deployments governed by a separate signed agreement.

The platform is a career-readiness and discovery tool. We do not guarantee a job, an internship, an interview, a placement, a salary, or any specific outcome. Any statement about outcomes is descriptive, not a promise.

4. Your iScore

iScore is a 300–900 readiness measure computed by us from assessed skills, project evidence and measured improvement. You agree that:

• The scoring methodology is our intellectual property and may be revised. Revisions can move your score up or down.
• A score cannot be bought, gifted or upgraded by payment. Buying a course does not raise a score; completing and passing its assessment can.
• Submitting work that is not your own, using another person to sit an assessment, or manipulating evidence will void your score and may end your account permanently.
• You choose whether your profile is discoverable by employers. We do not disclose an individual profile to an employer while that setting is off.

5. Payments, pricing and invoicing

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued against every successful payment under SAC 999293.
• Prices shown at the moment of checkout govern that transaction. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect a completed purchase.
• Discount and partner codes are validated on our servers. A code that is expired, withdrawn or has reached its cap will not apply, and the standard price stands.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download any part of the platform or its data
• Copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute course material, assessments or platform content
• Share, resell or publish your account credentials or paid course access
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or malicious content
• Impersonate any person or institution, or misrepresent your academic record
• Interfere with, probe or attempt to breach the security of the platform
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial communication

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach, without refund where the breach is deliberate.

7. Intellectual property

The iManageWorks name, the iScore mark, the platform, its design, code, assessments, course material and scoring methodology are owned by GRABITY IMANAGEWORKS GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED and protected under Indian law. Buying a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that material for your own learning. It transfers no ownership.

Work you upload remains yours. You grant us a licence to store, process, assess and display it as needed to operate the platform and compute your score.

8. Third-party services

The platform uses third-party services, and links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available continuously but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or upgrades, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Where you have paid us nothing, our aggregate liability is limited to INR 1,000.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of employment opportunity, loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of reputation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page will reflect it. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing growth@imanageworks.com. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, for suspected fraud, or where required by law. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — do survive it.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith for 30 days from written notice.
