Founding Partner MOU — Key Terms

Limited to 10 Universities
University Obligations
  • Nominate one point-of-contact for platform coordination
  • Send one official communication to students at the start of each academic year
  • Permit use of university name and logo in co-branded platform experience
  • Provide valid bank account details for quarterly revenue disbursement
iManageWorks Obligations
  • Provide full platform access to enrolled students at ₹1,499/year
  • Disburse ₹300 per enrolled student per year, quarterly
  • Maintain co-branded interface with university branding
  • Provide placement analytics dashboard and quarterly reconciliation reports
  • Handle all student support, technical issues and platform operations
Commercial Terms
  • Revenue share: 20% of student subscription (₹300 of ₹1,499)
  • Payment schedule: Quarterly, within 15 days of quarter end
  • MOU duration: 2 years, auto-renewable
  • Exit clause: 90-day written notice by either party
  • Founding Partner terms locked in for full MOU duration

Questions administrators always ask.

Is there any cost or financial commitment for the university?
Absolutely none. The university earns revenue — it does not spend any. Students pay iManageWorks directly. The university simply enables the partnership.
What if students don't adopt the platform?
Revenue share is per enrolled student, so there's no downside if adoption is low. There's no minimum commitment. More adoption = more revenue for the university.
How does student data privacy work?
iManageWorks complies with applicable Indian data protection norms. Student data is used only to deliver career services and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Are you DPIIT-recognised?
DPIIT Startup Recognition is currently in process (form submitted, DSC verified). Udyam MSME registration (UDYAM-GJ-05-0056266) is active. MCA registration (CIN: U85500GJ2024PTC153482) is complete.
Can the university review the platform before signing?
Yes. We offer a demo walk-through and a 30-day observation period post-MOU before the first student cohort is activated. No obligation if the university is unsatisfied.
Is this limited to Gujarat universities?
Initial rollout is focused on Gujarat for Phase 1. However, Founding Partner status is open to universities nationally on a first-come basis.
