Your degree shows what you studied.
Your iScore shows what you can do.

Think of it as a CIBIL score for professional readiness. A bank checks your credit history before lending. An employer has no equivalent way to check capability — so they fall back on college name and gut feel. iScore is built to replace that guess with evidence.

300 to 900. Same familiar range.

We use 300–900 because every Indian already understands what that band means. A number in that range needs no explanation to a student, a placement officer or a hiring manager.

To be precise: iScore is an independent professional-readiness measurement created by iManageWorks. It is not a credit score, is not a financial product, and has no affiliation with CIBIL or any credit bureau. The CIBIL comparison explains the idea — a portable, verified, standardised signal. It is not a claim of equivalence.

Illustrative. Methodology v0.1 · assessed 14 October 2026. Every iScore carries its own date and version.

Four dimensions. Every one evidenced.

Nothing counts until it has been demonstrated. Self-declared skills move the score by zero.

40% weight

Skill Capability

Structured assessments, practical questions and domain tasks scored against objective rubrics. Measures what you can demonstrate in the assessed domain — not general intelligence.

25% weight

Proof of Work

Projects, case studies, assignments and portfolios, each assessed against a defined rubric. Ten weak submissions do not beat two strong ones.

20% weight

Learning Velocity

The gap between your baseline and your final assessment. This is the dimension that rewards trajectory — a student who starts low and climbs hard is doing exactly what iScore is designed to notice.

15% weight

Programme Reliability

Attendance, submission discipline and completion within the programme. Observable behaviour only — it does not claim to predict lifelong workplace reliability.

A certificate says you finished. An iScore says what changed.

We will never sell your score.

A readiness score is only worth something if nobody can buy their way up it. That constraint is the product.

  • No paid tier raises a score
  • No employer or university can adjust one
  • No irrelevant personal characteristics are used — not caste, religion, background, wealth or influence
  • No claim that a score guarantees employment

What we commit to

  • Publish the methodology, including weights
  • Stamp every score with its version and date
  • Show you which component moved and by how much
  • Let you dispute any data point and correct it
  • Keep your profile invisible to employers until you choose otherwise
  • Never sell your personal data

Six steps, and it costs nothing.

Fair things to ask.

Is iScore really free? +
Yes, permanently, for students. Your profile, assessments, roadmap and iScore cost nothing. iManageWorks is funded by employers, university programmes, sponsors and iCourses sales — not by students. If anyone claiming to represent us asks a student for money, it is not us.
Is this actually a CIBIL score? +
No. The comparison explains the idea — one portable, verified, standardised number that a third party can trust. iScore is an independent professional-readiness measurement created by iManageWorks. It is not a financial product, is not regulated as one, and has no affiliation with CIBIL or any credit bureau.
Can money raise my score? +
No. There is no paid tier that moves the number and no mechanism for an employer, university or sponsor to adjust one. Buying an iCourse does not raise your score either — completing the assessment and the project does.
What if my first score is low? +
It probably will be, and that is the design. Learning Velocity carries 20% of the score specifically so that improvement from a low baseline counts. A first score is a measurement, not a ceiling.
Who can see my score? +
You control it. Your profile is not visible to employers until you make it so, and you can withdraw that at any point. If your university runs a programme with us, its placement team sees readiness data for its own students only.
Is it live right now? +
